One of the underlying objectives of the Profit ON Purpose Advantage program is eventually to complete a set of documents which clearly represent your businesses intellectual property in reference to its financial future, promotional activity, goal achievement and organisational identity. These are the BIG FOUR components that make up the tangible, saleable asset.

Primary Theme 2 - The Critical Essential Routine
Unfortunately the majority of small businesses sit on the brink of reactive management and are in a constant state of complexity. This can result in ‘activity for activity sake’ and loss of effectiveness and direction. The Critical Essential Routine is a series of fundamental tasks that promote a habit of reviewing progress, making adjustments then moving forward. Like most things, practice makes perfect and the routine of stepping back and looking at your ‘commercial behaviour’ on a regular basis will provide for better decisions and a more pro-active approach to course correction.

Program Modules:

Calibrating the Compass (Finding True North) is a process designed to flush out your most effective financial and operational course of action. Finding your businesses ‘true north’ - meaning the most profitable outcome and laying down an intentional journey.

Commercial Control (Course Correction) is a course correction routine based on monthly financial performance and ensures you and your organisation stay on or close to the intended path established in Calibrating the Compass.

The Promotional Matrix (Promotional Calendar) utilizes the fixed and variable promotional activities fundamental to your core income and once committed to a Promotional Calendar can be measured, refined or dumped - depending on the results. 

Organisational Identity  (The Client/Service Journey) covers the existing and sometimes hidden systems and procedures unique to your business. Your Organisational Identity is constructed around your individual client or customer experience from first meeting to final contact.

Optional - The Entrepreneurial Prison (Escape Equation) is a quarterly equation which confirms that you and your support team employ and maintain their unique abilities in the most cost efficient and productive structure.
